Radiant Capital - $50M - Advanced malware injection techniques allowed attackers to gain access to the hardware wallets of multiple developers involved in the project leading to the compromise of the multi-sig and ultimately stealing $50 million from Radiant Capital.

Tapioca DAO - $4.4M - The attack compromised the vesting contract and allowed the attacker to mint USDO and drain liquidity pools.

M2 Exchange - $13.7M - UAE-based cryptocurrency platform, suffered a security breach due to a hot wallet compromise.
